美国ITC正式对涉华LED产品、系统及其组件启动337调查
据中国贸易救济信息网消息，2019年6月20日，美国国际贸易委员会（itc）投票决定对特定led产品、系统及其组件（1）（2）（certain light－emitting diode products， systems， andcomponents thereof （i）（ii））启动337调查（调查编码：337－ta－1163、337－ta－1164）。
2019年4月30日，美国lighting science group corporation ．， of cocoa beach， fl、美国healthe， inc．， of cocoa beach， fl，、美国global value lighting， llc， of west warwick， ri向美国itc提出337立案调查申请，主张对美出口、在美进口和在美销售的该产品侵犯了其专利权（美国注册专利号7，098，483、7，095，053、8，506，118、7，528，421、8，674，608、8，201，968、8，967，844），请求美国itc发布有限排除令、禁止令。

第二起337调查案中，荷兰signify n．v． （f／k／a philips lighting n．v．） ofeindhoven， netherlands、美国signify north america corporation （f／k／a philipslighting north america corporation） of somerset， nj、美国general electric company of boston， ma、美国consumer lighting （u．s．）， llc， （d／b／a ge lighting，llc） of cleveland， oh、美国acuity brands， inc．， of atlanta， ga、美国acuity brands lighting， inc．， of conyers， ga、中国福建leedarson lighting co．， ltd．， of xiamen， china、美国leedarson america， inc．， of smyrna， ga为列名被告。
美国国际贸易委员会将于立案后45天内确定调查结束期。除美国贸易代表基于政策原因否决的情况外，美国国际贸易委员会在337案件中发布的救济令自发布之日生效并于发布之日后的第60日起具有终局效力。
