环氧粉末涂层防腐油管的特点
1、环氧粉末涂层防腐油管与其它防腐油管相比具有以下优点：
（1） 涂层的机械强度大，具有相当优良的柔韧性、抗冲击强度和硬度；
（2） 环氧粉末防腐层与管体结合力极强，不脱落，不污染地层；
（3） 涂层防腐性能可靠，涂层只是在介质流体中缓慢磨损消耗，使用寿命长
（4） 涂层表面平整、光滑，可抑制管内结垢，并可以减少管道中的含铁及悬浮物，从而减少污水地层的堵塞，并提高介质输送能力。
（5） 涂层耐热性好，可以在不高于150℃的环境中连续使用。
（6） 适应范围广，可耐hcl、h2so4、naoh等各种强弱酸、碱以及汽油、柴油等有机溶剂的腐蚀。化学性质稳定，使用范围广。
（7） 物理机械性能优良，电气绝缘性能好。
（8） 涂层无毒，不污染环境。
